If there was a Rider's Choice award for Best Bike/Coffee shop, Flow State would get my vote. I cycle the back roads from Halton to Caledon to Erin to Guelph, always checking out local bike shops and coffee houses. Flow State, you are the chicken dinner winner!
This is my go-to place for bike repairs - Nic is simply top notch - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. (and don't get me started on their pastries, coffee and ice cream - beyond superb!). Without exaggeration I can say Flow State Bike Co. is a gem - if you haven't gone there for bike service, a tasty treat, renting a bike or shopping for a new one give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

Great bike store and cafe. Amazing location, close to so many trails and nice roads. Rented an e-MTB and the process was very smooth and efficient. The only problem is of course now I want a new bike ;)
Needed a quick fix on my bike and the staff didn't hesitate! Wonderful place and great staff I will definitely be going back there for tune-ups from now on!

Nate and his team's knowledge and genuine passion for mountain biking make each visit to Flow State well worth it. Whether it's going for a pre-ride/ mid ride coffee, a post ride beer, purchasing a bike or getting my questions answered about bike parts, they always exceed my expectations every time. I recently purchased a Santa Cruz bike from Flow State and it has changed my riding game. I have noticed instant progression and could not be more stoked on my bike and the experience entire of the purchase. I highly recommend this shop for your mountain bike needs and post ride brews.
